Responsibilities

• Manage standards and delivery practices of VDC across offices, including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain VDC action plans, schedules, and bids aligned with RFPs.
• Grow relationships with project leadership to ensure successful VDC service delivery and client engagement.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing across offices and projects.
