Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of ten years experience in systems, product design, or development in Vapor Cycle Systems.
• Minimum of three years experience developing Aerospace Vapor Cycle Systems.
• U.S. person eligible to work and not requiring sponsorship.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop new systems to meet customer requirements using cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead system engineering activities including requirements development, architecture design, integration, and verification.
• Prepare and review project documentation for completeness and quality.
• Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks and assess impact.
• Lead discussions and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
