Job summary

Obsidian is seeking finance professionals with deep hands-on experience in modeling, diligence, valuation, and judgment calls behind capital and reporting decisions. You will design complex scenarios from your practice area, build models, memos, filings, and data, then author and evaluate finance tasks used to train AI agents.

This is authoring and judgment work, not throughput. Not bulge-bracket only; roles span investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and regulatory finance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in finance (investment banking, PE, or corporate finance).
• Ability to build and defend complex financial models and memos.
• Experience designing scenarios for AI training in finance.

Responsibilities
