Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Validation - Manager / Senior Manager for Project Farma, with responsibilities spanning site strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership across multiple U.S. markets.

The role requires domestic travel to client sites and leadership of high-performing teams to deliver complex GMP/CGMP projects. Ideal candidates will have 7–13 years in life sciences/pharma, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, and proven business development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7–13 years in advanced therapy, life science, pharma or biotech.
• Willingness to travel as required for client projects.
• Minimum 4 years leading high-performing teams.
• 2 years minimum in business development, lead generation, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy and develop a strategic roadmap for CQV services.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning and project delivery across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop team leads; manage performance and succession planning.
• Drive business development, client engagement, and opportunity expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure quality and timely delivery; optimize processes.
