Job summary

You will define test strategies, oversee lab and field testing, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor engineers while collaborating with design, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to deliver dependable products for demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in validation or quality.
• Experience validating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of product-development processes and test methods.
• Experience with sensors and data-acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation planning for new product development and updates.
• Define test requirements and acceptance criteria from specs and standards.
• Plan and oversee lab, field, durability, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain DVP&Rs and test procedures.
• Analyze data for trends, root causes, and design improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations and verification of corrective actions.
• Coordinate field-validation activities with customers and suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in validation methods and testing.
