Job summary

Follett Products, LLC is seeking a senior Validation Engineer to establish and sustain technical standards for product verification and manufacturing validation. You will lead through technical authority, partnering with Product Design, Industrial Engineering, and Technical Service to define requirements, develop and qualify test methods, and validate equipment and processes.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and contribution to CAPA/8D activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in verification, validation, reliability or quality engineering within a design and manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on ownership of design verification plans and validation protocols.
• Experience in commercial food service equipment, appliance, HVAC/R, automotive, or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define methods to establish clear, measurable product requirements and evidence.
• Develop and maintain DVP&R standards with traceability.
• Lead cross-functional validation activities across Product Design, Industrial Engineering, and Quality.
• Apply DOE and reliability tools to optimize product and process performance.
• Support CAPA and 8D investigations and drive improvements.
