The Program Execution Analyst Principal serves as a senior strategist and execution leader supporting the Federal Health account with a primary focus on Veterans Affairs (VA) programs. This role ensures operational excellence across complex, multi-year initiatives by driving performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and aligning delivery activities with VA and organizational strategic objectives.
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, health administration, analytics, or a related field; master's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in federal program management, program analysis, or operational leadership, preferably supporting VA or federal health agencies. Demonstrated experience leading execution across complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational, financial, and performance data. Excellent communication skills, including senior-level briefing and stakeholder engagement experience.
The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
