Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior UXO Supervisor to lead multiple UXO teams and oversee all unexploded ordnance operations. This role requires the ability to perform responsibilities of UXO Sweep Personnel and UXO Technicians I–III.

The position emphasizes planning, coordination, and supervision of explosives operations, with focus on safety and regulatory compliance in US environments. Strong leadership and field experience in munitions response are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10 years experience in munitions response actions or range clearance; 5 years in supervisory role.
• Formal UXO training or EOD assistant courses; or graduate of a military EOD school (US/Canada/UK/Germany/Australia).
• Deductive reasoning to apply general rules to problems.
• Identifying objects, actions, and events through categorization and analysis.
• Active listening and understanding others' points; ask questions as appropriate.
• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to meet targets.
• Effective communication with supervisors, peers, and subordinates via phone, email, or in person.
• Critical thinking to evaluate solutions and approaches;.
• Complex problem solving to identify and implement effective resolutions.
