Job summary

BTI is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to design, develop, and maintain both public-facing and administrative portals with UX best practices, following DoL standards and Drupal theming.

The role requires at least 6 years in web development, including 3 years in web design, with experience securing web pages and delivering accessible solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of progressively responsible web development experience, incl. 3 years in web design.
• Experience in secure web page development and DoL-compliant accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain public-facing and administrative portals with UX best practices.
• Develop storyboards for each portal page and obtain product owner approval.
• Ensure conformance with DoL web standards and Drupal theming.
• Ensure 508 compliance and promptly mitigate security vulnerabilities under control.
• Collaborate with business partners to review prototypes and iterate.
