Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape the interfaces used to operate our robots in real-world deployments. This foundational role sets the tone and design processes for Rhoda’s products and touches critical user touchpoints across operators, stakeholders, and internal teams.

You will own end-to-end design from ideation through handoff, contribute to a robust visual design system, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasible, shippable interfaces that surface

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX flows and high-quality UI execution.
• 4+ years of experience designing complex, real-time interfaces with data density and time-sensitivity.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with modern design tooling and design pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design UX and UI for human-machine interfaces operating in real-world deployments.
• Design fleet status and management dashboards showing real-time system health and progress.
• Own the full design process from ideation to high-fidelity visuals and handoff to development.
• Deliver design concepts using Figma and Claude Design.
• Develop user journeys and flows mapping interactions for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure designs are technically grounded and shippable.
• Build and maintain a visual design system and standards for future products.
