Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI, digital-first designer.
• Experience with and understanding of the technical intricacies of web development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UX/UI features for all web projects, from high-converting landing pages to full-scale mobile apps and e-commerce overhauls.
• Act as the primary client interface from the Creative team.
• Work directly with other creatives and clients to identify requirements and ensure positive UX/UI.
• Play a key role in discovery and estimation processes, working closely with Creative, Strategy, and PM teams.
• Create and implement strategies that improve UX through design and development.
• Identify and alleviate pain points between Creative and Development departments.
• Assess digital marketing and UX/UI roadblocks and quickly leverage digital knowledge and experience to provide innovative solutions.
• Provide oversight on web/digital projects and bridge communication between multiple departments.
• Identify best UX/UI practices to deliver better-performing web experiences.
• Take ownership of the creative as it relates to Web Development; Provide leadership and training to other creatives.
• Collaborate with ECD and ACDs to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces.
• Provide creative direction to Developers during development process, for example: Transitions and animations, Margins, padding and spacing, Responsive breakpoints, Compliance (GDPR, ADA), Overall polish and consistency.
