Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products.
• Proven experience leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual/UI design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design projects for large-scale web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership.

• Use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute across the lifecycle.
