Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Sr. Designer, UXUI to join the Global UXUI Experience Design team.

The role partners with a cross‑functional group to identify opportunities to engage customers through an elegant, seamless experience and to drive revenue growth via design executions across the buying process. You will guide end‑to‑end design from concept to implementation, collaborate with marketing, product and IT leaders, and advocate for the user while contributing to a scalable design system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI or related field required.
• 5+ years in ecommerce/loyalty design with data-driven teams.
• Portfolio showing UX, visual and interaction design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the holistic product view across customer and technical integration points.
• Synthesize design trends to propose clear solutions using a Global Design System.
• Collaborate with business, design, product and IT leaders on design initiatives.
• Lead content design for cross‑team needs and user outreach.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
