Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Sr. Designer, UXUI to join the Global UXUI Experience Design team. You will identify opportunities to engage customers with an elegant, seamless experience and drive revenue growth through design executions across the customer buying process.

You will lead end-to-end design work, collaborate with product and IT leaders, and contribute to design systems and tooling that scale across channels while ensuring accessibility and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce sites, rewards/engagement and loyalty programs
• Must present a portfolio illustrating strong UX, visual design and interaction design excellence, brand creation
• Experience leading cross-functional reward, loyalty and customer community projects
• Experience building cross-channel experiences in growth marketing
• Experience with data-driven product development teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the holistic view of the product across integration points to provide a superior, seamless experience
• Synthesize product design and consumer trends to recommend clear, specific solutions using a Global Design System
• Work closely with business, design, product and IT leaders as a point of contact for design initiatives
• Lead content design functions, collaborating with partners across the company to serve needs
• Understand and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and follow policy
