You will work with product and development partners to craft user-centered design solutions that balance business goals with usability and AI-enhanced experiences. Join Cat Digital, the digital and technology arm, to leverage data, analytics, and innovative workflows to deliver high-quality designs across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality UX/UI design solutions.
• Utilize emerging tools and workflows to support product and engineering partnerships.
• Participate in design workshops and vision work to align business goals, product requirements, user research and design standards.
• Collaborate with UX Lead to align scope, timing, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Create foundational artifacts like data-informed journey maps, personas and heuristic reviews.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure consistency with vision and design system.
