We're looking for a UX/UI Designer for a company that creates an app where customers can discover and handle various information types. The app manages over four hundred catalogs, such as movies, sports, concerts, and more, with hundreds of millions of entries.

As part of the client's team, you will transform their apps into engaging, user-friendly products. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, building navigation components, app structures, and validating design iterations. Success requires experience with design software and wireframing tools. You will create functional and appealing features that meet client needs and support growth.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers
2. Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design ideas
3. Design UI elements like menus, tabs, and widgets
4. Develop navigation buttons and search fields
5. Build UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and appearance
6. Generate original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables
7. Present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness
9. Adjust layouts based on user feedback
10. Follow style standards for fonts, colors, and images
11. Conduct user validation and multivariate testing for design improvements
12. Participate in hiring team members
13. Mentor and coach team members as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years as a UX/UI Designer
• Experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio with at least 8 designed mobile apps
• Knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma or InVision
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good time management
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Experience in conducting user validation studies
• Strategic thinking
• Excellent English communication skills
• Understanding of data structures and relational data
