Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical degrees
• 5 years experience in user experience and service design
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops, meetings and/or other interactive sessions to gather feedback and insight from key customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Bring best practices in human centered design to support state initiatives and holistically improve users’ end-to-end experiences
• Champion user needs and guide designers, researchers, content strategists and technical teams on projects with state agencies
• Engage with stakeholders to build customer understanding, solve problems, and empower teams to develop metrics and measure results
• Communicate user research findings through artefacts such as personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes
