Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to drive data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle. You will plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with Product, Design, and Development, and translate findings into actionable insights.

The role requires 5+ years in UX Research, a degree in HCI or related field, and strong communication. You will map journeys, create personas, and ensure user feedback informs design and development in a SAFE Agile
