Job summary

Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in the greater Philadelphia area to hire a Senior UX Researcher who will shape user experiences in healthcare education. You will conduct impactful research to inform patients about their care and collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers.

You will lead evidence-based research, align insights with product strategy, identify exploratory opportunities, and apply appropriate methods. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of UX research experience are required.
