We're seeking a UX Researcher who can help product teams make confident decisions through the right balance of speed, rigor, and insight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify research needs and deliver actionable insights.


• Conduct discovery and evaluative research to inform product strategy and validate solutions.


• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and other experience-focused artifacts.


• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through clear storytelling and stakeholder presentations.


• Help teams navigate ambiguity and move forward with confidence.

Qualifications

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $72.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
