Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite in Atlanta, GA

Employment Type: W2 Contract through January 31, 2026 (with potential for extension)

Pay Range: $55.00–$60.00/hr (dependent on experience, location, and client requirements)

About the Role:

Synergis is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-paced, high-priority initiative at a major enterprise client. This role is ideal for a senior-level designer with strong proficiency in design systems, a flexible mindset, and a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll partner closely with engineers and product managers to execute against a dynamic backlog, adapting to evolving priorities driven by upper leadership. This is a hands-on and strategic design role with mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end UX design solutions using established design systems and responsive UI best practices
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to execute on a fast-moving product backlog
Mentor and coach junior UX team members, helping align talent to project needs
Lead planning activities, define testing strategies, and drive organizational alignment around UX
Conduct usability testing and deliver polished UX artifacts for customer-facing digital products
Ensure consistency across product experiences and help integrate efforts into cohesive user journeys

Requirements:

5+ years of UX design experience within an enterprise or retail environment
Strong hands-on experience working with complex design systems and UI nuances
Background working in agile teams and cross-functional environments
Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage shifting priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience balancing multiple stakeholder inputs in a fast-evolving product area
Background integrating efforts across multiple product teams
Comfortable teaching and mentoring junior contributors
Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a dynamic, high-visibility environment

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $60.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
