Job summary

GetYourGuide is seeking a senior UX Research/Program Management leader to design and scale our research operations. You will build AI‑assisted workflows, manage knowledge, recruitment, tooling, and governance, and align research outcomes with business KPIs across cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with product, design, marketing, and business units, leading with a hands‑on approach to drive evidence‑based decisions at scale and influence strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in a tech organization.
• Experience building research systems and user panels at scale.
• Operational know‑how across qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• History of shifting program decisions at senior stakeholder level.
• Ability to visualize direction with sketches, prototypes, or AI‑assisted outputs.
• Familiarity with research ethics, accessibility, GDPR, e‑privacy, DSA, WCAG.
• Business‑minded with ability to tie research to commercial impact.
• Experience in vendor management and budget tracking.
• Concise, level‑specific communicator.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain systems, tools, and programs to scale research.
• Build AI‑powered workflows to speed up research processes.
• Turn research into decision‑ready outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops and surface operational gaps.
• Advise on processes and tools for various teams and organize trainings.
• Oversee research tool screening, vendor onboarding, security assessments.
• Collaborate across product, design, marketing, and business to shape customer experience.
