Job summary

Synergis is seeking a UX Project Manager/Producer to support a Product Design team delivering web tools and interfaces. You will partner with Design Managers and Producers to lead projects, align stakeholders, and manage requirements, goals, reviews, and releases.

You will collaborate across design, product, and engineering to ensure design integrity, timely handoffs, and high-quality outcomes while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a producer/project manager in software design, digital or creative agency.
• Understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
• Understanding of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices.
• Ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify requirements.
• Ability to grasp complexity quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross functional relationships representing the design team.
• Support the team to create project plans, set milestones, and track issues.
• Lead design brainstorms and workshops.
• Run meetings and design reviews; capture decisions and actions in meeting notes.
• Track and report project health weekly; communicate status and risks.
• Plan in partnership with Design Manager and negotiate priorities with limited resources.
• Ensure timely handoff of design comps and specs to engineering.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to maintain design integrity during implementation.
• Continuously improve processes and communications in a fast-paced environment.
