Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager in San Francisco to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception to delivery, coordinating stakeholders across multiple offices and time zones. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress with cross-functional partners.

Expect to drive UX processes and partner with 1P teams within GDP to deliver high-quality design and platform components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with UX.
• Experience with product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive UX design development (including sprints) and partnership with 1P teams and execution within the Material Design team.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage intake and prioritization of new projects with cross-functional partners and other Program Manager (PgM) team members.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies within GDP and with x-Google partners.
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, including material and GDP leadership.
