Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Selling Partner User Experience (SPUX) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own AI tooling and experimentation workstreams. You will drive cross-functional delivery, enabling SPUX Designers to prototype faster and SPUX UX practitioners to run scalable usability studies.

The role requires strategic thinking, initiative, and strong communication to influence product roadmaps, with responsibilities spanning roadmap, alignment, and metrics to de-risk future decisions

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the AI design tooling program: roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and uptake tracking.
Drive the experimentation program from intake to impact with data-driven insights.
Scale operational capacity through new AI capabilities and analytics.
Establish success metrics, dashboards, and reporting to inform investments.
Define and document strategy to drive visibility and alignment across teams.
Communicate results to leadership to influence product roadmaps and design system evolution.
