Google LLC seeks a UX Program Manager to drive end‑to‑end UX programs for YouTube Ads Viewer Experiences across New York and San Bruno. You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and coordinate with Engineering and Product Management to deliver user‑centered designs at scale.

You will work with a multidisciplinary UX team, applying UX craft, research methodologies, and AI‑enabled workflows to improve experiences used by billions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
• Experience with User Research, or Research focused tools and user centered methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Harmonize work across UX disciplines and cross‑functional partners to drive objectives.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end UX programs of moderate complexity.
• Balance big‑picture goals with day‑to‑day execution and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Deliver data‑driven updates on status, resources, and risks to leadership.
