Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience leading UX teams or design portfolios.
• Experience managing cross-discipline UX organizations, including senior managers and their teams.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and roadmap for YouTube UX initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality, intuitive experiences for YouTube viewers.
• Drive design systems and information architecture at scale.
