Job summary

Target’s Global UX team seeks a Senior Product Designer for our Loyalty UX scope. You’ll shape the future of loyalty experiences across digital and in-store touchpoints, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver end-to-end experiences.

You’ll translate business strategy into intuitive journeys, using human-centered design thinking, balancing guest needs with business goals, and driving cross-functional experimentation. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong product design skills with ability to own design process from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Demonstrated strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration.
• Bias toward outcomes with clear communication of approach.
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full design process from discovery to asset delivery with engineers.
• Lead craft-specific work on large, cross-team projects.
• Leverage data and research to pursue user-centric outcomes within product space.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes.
• Maintain high craft standards including accessibility and information architecture.
• Foster human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Navigate complexity to deliver guest and business impact.
