Job summary

Snipp Interactive is seeking a hands-on Senior Customer Experience Designer to blend strategic UX thinking with strong visual design. You will translate complex program requirements into intuitive journeys, working with cross-functional teams and the VP of Customer Experience to shape strategy and execution.

You will lead design direction for loyalty, rebates, and promotions, while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate output and improve consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital, product, or visual design.
• Strong design judgment with attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction and detail.
• A portfolio link or samples showing brand-led digital experiences and journeys.
• Experience taking design work from brief through execution while managing priorities.
• Solid UX fundamentals: user journeys, responsive/mobile-first design, usability.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to prototype and present work.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and design execution for loyalty, rebates, promotions, and campaigns.
• Design polished brand-led sites, landing pages, microsites, and assets across email and social.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and leadership; gather feedback and iterate.
• Use AI tools for concepting, prototyping, and production while maintaining quality.
• Develop reusable UX patterns, templates, and design-system improvements with Product/Dev teams.
• Ensure accessibility, brand consistency, and alignment with program rules across projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Development to manage constraints and risks.
