Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
  • 3+ years of experience managing designers.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile scrum ceremonies and integrating design into Agile.
  • Full command of end-to-end product design processes.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma and design systems management.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience integrating usability testing and analytics into design.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior UX Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide a talented UX team in shaping intuitive, accessible product experiences that support complex technology solutions. You will stay close to the work while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure design is integrated effectively into the product development process. The position also emphasizes team leadership, design quality, and the use of data, usability feedback, and AI-augmented workflows to improve outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $230,000 annually
