JOB SUMMARY
Radwell’s website sets the bar for how customers perceive us. As UX Lead you will own the end-to-end experience strategy, design system, and research program for every Radwell site. Your mission: create friction‑free, conversion‑optimizing interfaces that turn first‑time visitors into lifelong customers while supporting double‑digit revenue growth. Expect to move fast, test constantly, and develop a team that punches above its weight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience Strategy
- Craft a multi‑quarter UX vision aligned to revenue, NPS, and SEO/CRO KPIs.
- Maintain and prioritize a UX backlog across multiple workstreams and geos.
Research & Insight
- Plan and run qualitative/quantitative studies (interviews, usability tests, CSAT, GA4 deep‑dives, heatmaps).
- Translate findings into hypotheses, prototypes, and measurable experiments.
Design Execution
- Own IA, interaction, visual, motion, microcopy, and accessibility across desktop & mobile.
- Build, document, and govern a Figma‑based design system.
Governance & Evangelism
- Author UX guidelines, content style guides, and component governance.
- Champion design thinking and customer empathy across Radwell.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years designing eCommerce, SaaS, or industrial B2B experiences.
- Portfolio of shipped work that demonstrably moved business metrics.
- Expert with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design‑system principles.
- Fluency in A/B frameworks and analytics suites; data‑driven to a fault.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Agile/Scrum rituals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bias for action, high curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity.
WORK SCHEDULE
Core hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Central; some flexibility for global user discovery sessions.

COMPENSATION
- The recruiting base salary range for this full‑time position is $85,000 – $110,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus‑eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance.
