Responsibilities

• Lead complex UX features and systems from concept to release for live-service games.
• Partner with Experience Design leadership and cross-functional teams to define experience direction.
• Mentor and support UX designers with actionable feedback and design reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, producers, and directors to develop feasible solutions and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Advocate for player-centered design through prototyping, playtesting, and iteration.
