Respawn Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a UX Lead to shape and evolve the player experience across the Apex Universe. You will lead the design and delivery of impactful UX features and systems, and guide design execution from early concepts through release, partnering with the Experience Design leadership team.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional UX or interaction design experience, including experience shipping games and working within game engines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex UX initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams, and mentoring or guiding other designers.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or comparable UX design tools, with experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design principles.
• Proven ability to balance player needs, gameplay requirements, technical constraints, and product priorities while communicating design decisions effectively.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX work, complex problem-solving, and meaningful contributions to shipped products.

• Lead complex UX features and systems from concept through implementation and release, translating player needs, gameplay goals, and product strategy into intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Partner with Experience Design leadership and cross-functional teams to define experience direction, align priorities, solve design challenges, and deliver cohesive player experiences.
