Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Senior UX/Interaction Designer to join our team in a hybrid role across Broomfield, CO, Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL.

You will lead user-centered design from concept through launch, collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering. The position requires 2–3 onsite days per week, strong portfolio, and expertise in interaction design and 3D design, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly experiences for innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of UX design experience
• OR 10+ years of UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Strong design presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• A portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work (link should be included on resume).

Responsibilities

• Apply the full UX design process—including user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes—to move digital solutions from concept to market.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional team members, building alignment and incorporating feedback.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of product features and identify the user research needed to support project and product delivery.
• Ensure all design deliverables are high quality and adhere to established design standards.
