The role collaborates with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering across our Broomfield, CO, Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL offices, with a hybrid work model and strong benefits.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years UX design, or 10+ years UX design without a degree, plus a portfolio showing UX/interaction work and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
• Portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Define features and specify needed user research for delivery.
