Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of UX design experience.
- OR 10+ years UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
- A portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work (link on resume).
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design efforts from concept through market launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
- Define features and determine user research needed for delivery.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Ensure high quality design deliverables and adherence to standards.
