Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and run usability tests for web apps and Boston.gov pages.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and design updates.
• Design and prototype in Figma, from rapid wireframes to production-ready UI.
• Review and advise on UX/UI work led by other teams.
• Contribute to the design system by documenting components and patterns.
