You will deliver world-class user experiences supporting our mission to save and sustain lives, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. The role requires 3+ years of UI/UX experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years UI/UX experience in regulated industry preferred.
• Strong UX portfolio showing interaction design, visual design, and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions that support clinician, patient, and caregiver workflows while meeting safety, usability, and accessibility requirements.
• Translate user requirements, clinical insights, and risk mitigations into UI solutions.
• Ensure build consistency through patterns, style guides, and collaboration with design system owners.
• Partner with Human Factors Engineering to integrate IEC 62366 and FDA usability requirements into the UI/UX workflow.
• Support formative studies, heuristic evaluations, use-error analyses, and simulated-use testing.
• Analyze study results and recommend build changes to improve safety and user experience.
• Contribute to UI-related risk analysis (UFMEA, task analysis, use-related hazard identification).
