Job summary

Counterpart Health seeks a Senior Manager, UX Design to lead the Interventions Pillar, guiding AI-enabled clinical workflows from insight to action. You’ll mentor senior designers, shape strategy across decision support, treatment planning, and care coordination, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and research leaders.

You'll drive cross-functional decisions, ensure evidence-based design, and scale strategic impact while advancing consumer-grade UX in digital healthcare.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience in a design environment (in-house, agency, or relevant industry).
• 5+ years of managing people.
• Led complex, high-consequence workflows in healthcare or similar domains.
• Strong judgment in interaction design, information design, research and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical UX strategy across decision support, treatment planning, intervention selection, execution, coordination and longitudinal follow-through.
• Develop senior design talent; coach designers to lead through ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Advance AI-enabled clinical workflows with evidence, uncertainty, and human oversight.
• Create cross-functional alignment with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research leaders.
• Raise execution quality through critique, research synthesis, prototyping, evaluation and learning practices.
