Job summary

Counterpart Health is transforming healthcare with Counterpart Assistant, our platform for primary care. As Senior Manager of UX Design for the Interventions Pillar, you will lead the team designing how clinical insight becomes action.

You will guide senior designers, synthesize AI-enabled workflows, and partner with product, engineering, and data science to deliver measurable improvements in care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience in a design environment.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading complex healthcare workflows.
• Strong judgment in interaction and information design, research and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical UX strategy across decision support, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Develop senior design talent and coach designers to lead through ambiguity.
• Advance AI-enabled clinical workflows and establish evidence requirements.
• Create cross-functional decisions with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research.
• Raise execution quality through critique, research synthesis, prototyping, and evaluation.
