Your portfolio will include decision support, treatment planning, intervention selection, treatment execution, care coordination, and longitudinal follow-through.You will manage talented, experienced designers who already understand our product, systems, and clinical users deeply. Your role is to help them expand their strategic ownership, make stronger decisions through ambiguity, influence across the organization, and define the future of their domains.AI will be an important part of this work.
