Kids2 is seeking a Senior Manager of UX & Digital Design to define and lead UX strategy across its global digital ecosystem. You will shape user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and campaigns, partnering with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Digital Design or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in UX/digital design.
- 3+ years leading UX initiatives for enterprise websites or digital products.
- Experience mentoring creative professionals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, IA, wireframing and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the UX vision, strategy, and design standards across Kids2's digital ecosystem.
- Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Lead usability research, analytics, and optimization to improve engagement and conversions.
- Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Development to translate business goals into intuitive experiences.
- Mentor the Senior Digital Designer and drive design governance and scalable systems.
