Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in analysis, design, and documentation of B2B or B2C applications.
• Proficient with design software and strong design principles.
• Experience moving designs through an Agile development process.
• Portfolio showing past UI/UX design experience is required.
• Ability to collect feedback from and communicate with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define UI design requirements with stakeholders aligned to product vision and estimate UX work.
• Contribute to the overall UI design of features and applications within domain, applying usability standards.
• Create prototypes and MVPs to test, learn from customer feedback, and iterate toward optimal design.
• Advocate for user-centered design, using data from tests, feedback, analytics, and A/B tests.
• Present and defend design decisions based on the design roadmap and principles.
• Develop user profiles, journey maps, personas, usability requirements, use cases, and scenarios.
• Help define the high-level UX strategy for the product domain.
• Communicate opportunities and limitations of different UX strategies.
