Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to help expand Alexa's capabilities with a mix of visual and voice interfaces. You will craft intuitive, personal experiences that span home and mobile use, guiding customers toward healthier, more fulfilling interactions with technology.

You'll work end-to-end on complex features, develop early concepts, and partner with engineers and Alexa design teams to grow design systems and best practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature.
• Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex features and products.
• Develop early-stage concepts to clarify customer experience for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the design process.
• Partner with Alexa designers to adopt and extend design systems.
• Contribute to Figma libraries and share learnings with peers.
• Incorporate insights from Alexa research and conduct hallway testing.
