Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to expand Alexa’s capabilities, blending visual and voice interfaces to create intuitive, personal experiences for users at home and on the go.

You will lead end-to-end design for complex features, collaborate with engineers, extend design systems, and contribute to Figma libraries while incorporating user research insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
• Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end design process for complex features and product.
• Develop early-stage concepts to help stakeholders understand the customer experience while collaborating with engineers.
• Adopt and extend design systems, contribute to Figma libraries, and share learnings with peers.
• Incorporate insights from Alexa research, conduct hallway testing, and participate in user research to inform decisions.
