Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6–9 years of related user experience design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify problems and develop and execute design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX efforts on complex initiatives across the shopper journey.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and articulate the value of UX to partners.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Facilitate design critiques and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct usability testing and prioritize improvements.
• Translate research insights into clear design recommendations.
• Present design concepts and research findings to cross-functional audiences.
• Partner with developers to ensure design intent, accessibility, and quality.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System and UX standards.
• Stay current on UX trends and accessibility guidelines.
