American Family Insurance is seeking a senior UX/design professional to lead user-centered design across complex web and mobile experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into on-brand, visually impactful solutions.

The role requires 5-8+ years in interaction design and information architecture, with hands-on prototyping in Sigma and experience with Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, prototyping in tools like Sigma, and work with Design Systems (Example SLDS for Salesforce)
• Experience with CRM or internal enterprise tools such as Customer Relationship Management
• Experience with Salesforce Platform (Lightning, Record Pages, LWC)
• Working in Agile/SAFe teams alongside Product Managers and Product Owners

Responsibilities

• Acquire necessary information from analytics, qualitative feedback, and partners to inform designs.
• Lead sketching sessions and brainstorming to capture ideas and alternatives.
• Define features, user stories, and task breakdowns to deliver incrementally.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction design expectations and for testing.
• Maintain brand identity standards across recommendations to ensure consistency with corporate vision.
• Review UX deliverables such as flows, wireframes, and UI specifications.
• Review QA defects and prioritize resolutions with the team.
