Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to lead the design of internal Salesforce‑based enterprise applications. You will own the end‑to‑end design process and collaborate with business stakeholders, technology partners, and the Salesforce team to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.

The role requires strong interaction design, information architecture, and hands‑on experience with data‑heavy systems.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in UX/Product Design with ownership of complex digital products.
Experience designing enterprise applications that are workflow-heavy and data‑intensive.
Advanced interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
Proven use of design systems and reusable components.
Strong responsive and mobile product design experience.
Proficient in Figma, including prototyping and design system workflows.
Ability to work independently as the primary designer.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and ambiguity navigation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UX and product design for Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
Design complex, data-intensive enterprise apps for multiple user groups.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Design responsive and mobile-first experiences across devices.
Extend enterprise design systems for consistency and scalability.
Work with SLDS and headless Salesforce environments.
Develop information architecture and interaction patterns.
Prioritize design work and adapt to evolving requirements.
Partner with engineers to ensure design quality and implementation.
