Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning, designing, and building complex web-sites and mobile experiences.
• Strong usability, IA, interaction design and user research knowledge.
• Ability to communicate concepts through storyboards, mood boards, wireframes and journeys.
• Design-thinking approach to problem solving and usability recommendations.
• Typography and web font selection expertise.
• Creating interactive prototypes and visual content for web.
• Analyzing diverse information sources to craft design solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and schedules.
• Ability to create style guides and usability standards.
• Up‑to‑date with design, accessibility and development trends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire information from partners to ensure business and user impact.
• Lead sketching sessions and brainstorming with the team.
• Define features, user stories and breakdown tasks for incremental delivery.
• Guide creation of low/high fidelity prototypes for communication and testing.
• Ensure brand identity standards are followed in recommendations.
• Review UX deliverables like flows, wireframes, and UI specs.
• Prioritize QA defects and assist in resolution planning.
