Job summary

Synechron in Dallas is seeking an experienced UX Designer/Developer to shape intuitive, accessible digital products. You will lead discovery through delivery, collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

You will craft user research, wireframes, visual designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, build design systems, and participate in design handoffs while advocating for accessibility and inclusive design across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience.
• Strong focus on human-centered design and usability.
• Experience leading research and translating insights into product requirements.
• Proficient with Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews.
• Synthesize findings into personas, journeys, and product requirements.
